Types Of Services

Research has shown that people heal faster at home if supported by appropriate health services.

REHABILITATION SERVICES are provided on referral, or as a continuation of services from hospital to home settings. Therapists work in concert with the other health team members to guide the patient to meet his or her goals toward independent living.

Physical Therapy

focuses on increasing strength, endurance, and mobility to maximize safe and functional independence within the home and community.

Occupational Therapy

focuses on increasing independent skills for daily living such as bathing, toileting, dressing and cooking.

Speech Therapy

focuses on the evaluation and treatment of swallowing problems and speech deficiencies
