Bereavement Support Groups

A Bereavement Support Group meeting is held the third Thursday of every month from 3 to 5 p.m. at our office. Meetings are open to the family members of our hospice patients and for the community at large.

For patients with chronic diseases, such as congestive heart failure or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Community Nursing Services of North East may provide patients with the McKesson Telehealth Advisor™ — a personal, in-home daily information link with the agency. The system sends important healthcare information right to your home and, in turn, transmits information about your condition to the agency every day.
